Downtime with a duration of 0s during a reporting period equals to the following SLA uptime percentages:

• Daily reporting: 100 %
• Weekly reporting: 100 %
• Monthly reporting: 100 %
• Quarterly reporting: 100 %
• Yearly reporting: 100 %

The calculations assume a 24/7 monitoring period.
